The final run in the series is a difficult run up Los Liones to the Parker Mesa Overlook. We will start at the second parking lot on the right. This run is not beginner friendly as you may need to walk most of it. You should be physically fit and have experience running steep uphills. If you do try it, you will be greeted with one of the best views of the beaches and the beach cities of LA.

** What to bring ** There is NO water on this trail, so please bring water if you need it.

** No Aid Station ** This is a short run so no aid stations.

** Route Options ** Out and back to the Parker Mesa Overlook (7.7 miles) Strava Route HERE.

** Parking ** You can park on any of the lots and the street but we will start at the second parking lot on the right.
