Winter Wednesday Run
Since getting out of bed and running in the dark is hard, it is better to do it with friends who will hold you accountable.
The Early Season Races will be here before we know it. The plan is for 30 to 40 min easy runs from Playa Vista Elementary School. Routes will progress over time to include hills and intervals.
