Hurt Locker Hill Repeats!
Workout: Easy warm up loop around Brentwood golf course (approx 1.5 miles) and then hill repeats up the Franklin Avenue hill. Entire workout should last 50-60 min. depending on the length and number of repeats we do. This workout is for *all* levels, and paces- just show up
