Sports Nutrition for Women
Many aspects of sports nutrition are the same for both males and females. However, there are a few noteworthy differences that, if accounted for, can provide you an extra edge. For example, fluid and carbohydrate needs change throughout the monthly cycle, as do ideal exercise intensities. This talk will cover some of the nutritional considerations that are unique to female athletes, and provide practical recommendations so you can eat, train, and perform optimally.
