Ocean Safety Lecture at TriFit
TriFit open water swim coach Ian Culbertson is leading an Ocean Safety lecture and Q&A at TriFit on Thursday, July 28 at 7-7:45pm.
This will be perfect for new triathletes and ocean swimmers, as well as anyone who would just like more information about how to read the waves, currents and safely tackle open water swimming.
Ian will answer any and all questions related to open water swimming to prepare swimmers for our Friday Ocean Swims, races, and any other ocean activities.
Meet us in the common area in the food court on the 1st floor of the Colorado Center.
