LATC & TriStar Athletes Group Run 5k, 10k, 13.1
Every Saturday 9:30am in Redondo Beach from Knob Hill after the Swim Mechanic's swim, we will feature three supported trail distance runs - 5k, 10k and 13.1 miles to Calle De Arboles in Palos Verdes Estates.
There will be two aid station stops along the way with water and food. Please see the map link below for details; suggested efforts and workouts / goals for the day will be posted here.

What you will be doing? This can be a long run or shorter faster effort - Link up with various runners, speeds, abilities to suite your needs. The course is an out and back, run longer or shorter as you need for your upcoming race or training needs.
