Hey Ladies!!.... Our Vie2 October Free Indoor Cycling Class will be a Tri Chicks/Ladies Night!!!
It's FREE just for all you "Tri Chickers" !
Our LATC member nights at Vie2 have been a lot of fun and a great workout!! It starts out as fun and friendly but once the stats go up then it's game on baby!!!
Besides a great workout, you get to meet other members you may not already know!
At Vie2, you can track your performance as you ride with state of the art bikes and consoles. Your results will be emailed to you.
