TriFit Power Hour Workout

Instructor: Melissa Power Hour is an innovative, high-intensity workout using a variety of athletic training styles. This class is a fusion of cardio and strength based training, including: plyometrics, speed and agility, intervals and circuits, resistance and core conditioning. This fast-paced hour will keep your heart pumping as you blast calories and firm your entire body. With a workout that is constantly changing, your body won’t plateau; you will leave your old routine behind and actually SEE results. While it is a hard core workout, it’s not too hard and modifications are offered for all fitness levels.

We are located in the Colorado Center TriFit Club and Studios 2425 Colorado Ave Suite 120 Santa Monica, CA 90401 *Enter parking garage, pull a parking ticket and be sure to bring it with you to get it validated at the TriFit front desk. Look for the Daily Grill/2501 sign in the parking structure, take the elevators up to level 1 and go to the TriFit Front desk to sign in.
