Swim/Bike/Run - Oceanside Training
Saturday, 2/28 – Swim/Bike/Run (Tri Workout)
Headed to Long Beach for a tri workout. There is an RSVP up for this particular workout because of the logistics involved and first priority will be for those racing Oceanside (http://www.latriclub.com/members/polls_rsvp.php). A separate email will go out to only those that have RSVP’d for this workout with all the logistics.
Start time: 7:00 a.m. (ready to swim)
Where: Bayshore Aquatic Playground Park
(Corner of Bay Shore Ave. & East 2nd St. in Long Beach)
Distance: Swim: 1 mile, Bike: 50 miles and Run: 6 miles
