Weekly Wednesday night track workouts, at Santa Monica High School Track. VO2 Max Interval Group; Speed Repetitions Group; and Track Light Group, each week - for beginners to advanced, slow to fast. Please do a 2 lap jog when you arrive. We actually begin about 6:38 PM to facilitate this. Intensity work begins around 6:55 PM.

Santa Monica High Track - next to the corner of Pico & 4th Street in Santa Monica. Above the wall on 4th St. Free Parking in the residential neighborhood south of Pico. Or paid parking in the lot, but who wants that?
