This strong dynamic class has you moving from one motion to the next with a focus on alignment, breath, strength and fun! Yoga is a discipline that uses different poses to bring the mind body and spirit together in harmonious balance. Yoga helps improve balance flexibility, coordination, range of motion, strength, and mental focus. Yoga poses are taught progressively to minimize the risk of injury.
