TriFit CRUSH (Cycling-RUSH)

Developed by our endurance coaches, Gina and Bernard, Crush (AKA Cycling-RUSH) class brings a new method of cardio training using indoor stationary-bikes. This class simulates an outdoor canyon ride with resistance, intervals, and music that will push athletes to their aerobic and anaerobic limits. We are located in the Colorado Center TriFit Club and Studios 2425 Colorado Ave Suite 120 Santa Monica, CA 90401 *Enter parking garage, pull a parking ticket and be sure to bring it with you to get it validated at the TriFit front desk. For Sat/Sun classes *Enter parking garage off of Colorado Blvd, just east of Cloverfield. Free parking on Saturday's. Look for the Daily Grill/2501 sign in the parking structure, take the elevators up to level 1 and go to the TriFit Front desk to sign in.
