Instructor: Ian Cuthbertson Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm A.R.C. (Aerobic Resistance Circuit) Training is a circuit training class involving various aerobic and resistance stations for a full body workout. Intended for all levels to increase your aerobic fitness. This class is designed to burn fat, build muscle, and boost your metabolism.

We are located in the Colorado Center TriFit Club and Studios 2425 Colorado Ave Suite 120 Santa Monica, CA 90401 *Enter parking garage, pull a parking ticket and be sure to bring it with you to get it validated at the TriFit front desk.
