TriFIT CRUSH with HL
Developed by our endurance coaches, Gina and Bernard, Crush (AKA Cycling-RUSH) class brings a new method of cardio training using indoor stationary-bikes. This class simulates an outdoor canyon ride with resistance, intervals, and music that will push athletes to their aerobic and anaerobic limits. This is one of the best ways to burn fat calories and is a non-impact workout, reducing the risk of injury and leaving you ready to hit the road.
