Triathlete Swim Workout
All-level Equinox triathlete swimming class on Wednesday nights at 7:00-8:00pm. This workout is for swimmers that would like to train with a group and improve. Participants should be capable of swimming at least 50 yards before resting, and desire to work at increasing endurance. Slow swimmers are welcome too! Many different swimming skills are covered in various formats. Yardage may be up to 2,700 yards at a moderate pace. Please bring swim goggles, swim cap and appropriate swim attire. Please bring hand paddles and short swim fins if possible. Fins will be used for drills to improve body position.
Heated outdoor pool on the rooftop at Equinox Fitness Club 5400 Rosecrans Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the class with your current LA Tri Club Card and fill out a guest card for a pass that includes group swim workouts.
