TRIFIT Cross Train with Julie
Combines different styles of workouts to create an intense, calorie-burning, muscle-fatiguing workout. Designed with a dynamic warmup, a focus on a specific strength or skill movement, then finishes with an all-out workout combining strength and cardio. All skill levels are welcome. Individual weight choice is encouraged.
