Learn to Lift @ TriFIT
Revamp your workout through instruction and assistance on how to lift safely and effectively with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. A new topic will be taught each class for 15 minutes followed by a circuit-based strength workout. Multiple weights will be provided for all strength levels.
