What if rather than a resolution, you made a Commitment? Rather than making a short list to change, you committed to living a healthy lifestyle 24/7/365? And what if it wasn’t just about you, but it was also about helping others live healthy lifestyles and setting an example for generations to come?

Event Schedule Day-of registration opens 2 hours before event and closes 30 minutes before starting time. All participants should arrive 30 minutes before start time.
