Holger's Long Run
Long, hilly, fast trail run in Palos Verdes with 7 to 18 mile options.
The distance slowly ramps up as the season progresses. Typically, those who are in their recovery week, run 7 to 10 miles. The most popular runs are our 12 and 13 mile loops that take us about 2 hours to complete.
Those who are training for Ironmans and Marathons run up to 18 miles in about 3 hours.
Be there, ready to run at 11:00 AM.
