Half Marathon of Harbors & 5K
The Second Annual Half-Marathon of the Harbors and Harbors 5k is a Compete Green event held April 1st, 2012 that starts in Ventura Harbor. The flat and fast half-marathon course begins opposite the Ventura Harbor Village in Ventura Harbor and winds through the Mandalay and Hollywood Beach neighborhoods in Oxnard, runs along Channel Islands Harbor finishing back near the start line. The Harbors 5k is a sightseers tour of the Ventura Harbor area with the Harbor docks with views of the Harbor and surrounding areas. The half-marathon is limited to the first 1000 participants, and the 5k is limited to the first 300. Last year, the half-marathon did sell out so sign up early!
