Ironman Wisconsin
Ironman Wisconsin's two-loop swim takes place in the warm waters of Lake Monona in Madison. The hilly bike course through rural Dane County is also a two-loop affair. The run traverses the University of Wisconsin campus (including a loop around Camp Randall Stadium), and along scenic Lake Mendota.
The race features more than 45,000 spectators lining the course through Wisconsin farmland and downtown streets of Madison. The finish line is the most recognizable of all the US Ironman events; it is located in front of the Wisconsin state capitol in the heart of Madison
