ITU world aquathlon championships
1000m. swim, 5K run, in Beijing, China. Held the same week as the ITU World Triathlon Championships. Either a run-swim-run, if the water is too warm for a wetsuit, or a swim-run, if wetsuits are allowed.
The site is north of the city of Beijing, where the triathlon Olympics were staged in 2008.
