Track/Core/Body Strength

Sunday 9 AM: Workout at Santa Monica College Track. A combo of sprints, bleachers, and core/body strength for athletes. For those that don't want to run as much you can do more of the other stuff. Everyone goes at their own pace and there are some VERY new runners that have been doing this with me.
