Tues/Thur Bike Ride
Tues/Thur Bike Rides - 9 AM: Approx 90 minutes; Hill/Training Tuesdays and flat/intervals Thursdays. Meet at Ocean/San Vicente. Leave at 9 AM sharp!
Pace/Speed/Level - new riders welcome. This ride is to also help slower riders get faster and stronger in a comfortable environment. We will start together and everyone will ride at his/her own pace and meet at a set time to return together.
