The Ocean 101
The Ocean 101 is more of an introduction to the ocean, rather than a swim clinic. We'll start with some mandatory beach instruction, discuss ocean rhythms, currents, surf, tides, entering and exiting, etc. Then conditions permitting, we'll hit the waters to practice some basic techniques.
