Calabasas Monday Nite Run
Hi, all, and greetings from the West Valley, I'm starting a new run workout this coming Monday, 8/23 at 6pm, meeting in front of the Lululemon store in the CALABASAS COMMONS shopping center. We'll meet every Monday at 6:00 PM at Lulu and mix it up each week with different workouts (intervals, speed work, hill work, shorter runs, mid-long runs, etc.). All workouts will end by 7pm. I'll also infuse some cross training, lateral and transverse strength work, yoga (I'm a certified teacher) and dynamic stretching, and monthly clinics to share and talk about different topics. If you are an LA TRI CLUB SPONSOR... West Valley/Valley/West Side coach, trainer, nutritionist, chiro, medical specialist, or have some other specialty and want to join us for a workout and get on the schedule as a guest speaker or resource, please shoot me an email. I want this run to be a workout but also serve as a forum to share information and support each other. This workout is for LA Tri Club Members and their Friends. All are welcome. Note: if you plan on running the Calabasas Classic on Nov. 14 (5k, 10k, Family Fun Run 1 miler), we will be using a lot of this course loop in our workouts, so a great way to prep yourself for a fun late season run. www.CalabasasClassic.com Hope to see you on a Monday night soon to sweat, have fun, and get FASSSSSST!
