Hopefully you've gone to the New Members' Night and are getting familiar with the nuances and logistics of the sport. Now we want to make sure you can get to the Starting Line injury-free and to the Finish Line faster this season. Mark your calendar for Thursday April 8th at 7:00 PM at Evolution Physical Therapy for an educational seminar on proper stretching, strengthening, and stabilization exercises designed by physical therapists to help you avoid the typical aches and pains your body will feel with the demands of training for the three sports. These methods are EVIDENCE BASED and used by amateur and professional triathletes alike to give them the competitive advantage and minimize their risk of injury while training.
