COS Ocean Swim
Weekly ocean swim. While the workout is newbie friendly, prior ocean swimming is necessary. You must wear a bright swim cap at all times during the swim. Please note that this is not a coached workout.
Last lifeguard tower on the southern most part of Venice Beach. Metered parking is available on the corners of Via Marina & Pacific Ave in Marina Del Rey, or you can park in the residential streets nearby.
