Your body, a deeper understanding
Description: You know your bike, you know your shoes, now get to know more about your own body. In this lecture we will explore the body's structure, specifically dealing with the role of connective tissue. Through this lecture you will gain a greater understanding how to improve your body to go faster as well as the importance of structure in overall well-being. Oh and of course door prizes will be given!!
