Triathletix Coached TRACK Work Out
The weekly Coached Track sessions are provided to the LATC members for FREE and are coached by Triathletix. These workouts are designed to accommodate all levels of runners. We will place a strong emphasis on technique, form and conditioning. The session last about 50 mins. and will include stretching, drills, intervals and strength conditioning. NOTE: Its important to mention that running on the track or performing intervals at higher speeds, is more injurious to your body than steady state runs on the road. We strongly recommend that you have already have completed several MONTHS of running and have no prior injuries before attending a Track Workout!
