ValleyCoach.com Boot Camp
Every Monday at 6:30pm we will be meeting for a FREE strength training workout that will prepare you for your racing season. Every week we will work on legs, arms, back and core to help you increase endurance and speed. We will also be doing exercises that focus on injury prevention. This boot camp format can be done by any level athlete and will challenge even the toughest. Please bring water, towel or yoga mat, and if you have any strength bands if you have any. We do have a limited amount of extra strength bands that you may use.
