1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz 7 mile out/back run (Swim Only and Relay options available!)
The 1.5 mile swim course begins at Alcatraz and finishes at the East Beach of Crissy Field located in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area’s Presidio Park (scroll to the upper right hand corner of the map to find East Beach).
