FREE South Bay Track Workouts
TRIATHLETIX Coach Michael Hunter will lead this FREE track workout designed to accommodate all abilities and will incorporate run technique, drills and progressive workouts that will complement the 2008 triathlon racing season. Workouts are 1 hour long and include stretching, warm-up, cool-down and of course, the actual workout!
