Ocean Park AM Run
Morning run (5 miles at 10min mile) each Monday and Wednesday. Meet at beach near where Ocean Park intersects the ocean by the Coke vending machines.
I will be there by 6:20 am and stretch for about ten minutes and will leave 6:30 sharp. Let me know if you plan to join me so I know if I should wait for you.
