Self Massage for Triathletes
Have sore muscles from training but no time for a massage? At this free clinic LA Sports Massage will teach some basic self massage techniques using your hands, forearms, elbows and a few simple tools. Wear shorts so we can work on legs. Maximum of 36 participants - RSVP at the Polls.
