Tuesday Night Gp Brick

Brick workout (18 or 22 mile bike followed by 3, 6, or 7 mile run). Meet at 5:15 p.m. Bring your bike, cycling shoes, helmet, and trail running shoes. You must be able to secure your bike in or on your vehicle while you run.
