Escape from the Rock
Swim the 1.5-mile "Escape" swim course from Alcatraz Island, exit the bay and thaw out for the bike with a 2.5-mile run to the hilly 13-mile bike ride through the Presidio. The final 10K run will take you through Golden Gate National Recreation Area
