Scv Fitness Fridays
Non-coached 1 hr. swim courtesy of Fitness Fridays in Santa Monica. Drills/fitness/speed work handouts or swim your own thing for those interested. Breakfast afterwards optional, let's discuss when we meet.
Santa Clarita Aquatics Center, 20850 Centre Pointe Pkwy, 661.250.3766. WE'LL BE IN THE DIVE POOL UNTIL 7A (pool is open from 5:30-7a.) $3 per visit or $55 for 15 entries. Free parking. This is a new workout for the SCV so please RSVP for now.
