Ocean Speed Circuit Pres. By Acme Coaching
A triangle course of two cones on land and a buoy about 200-250 yards off shore. Swim from the first cone out to the buoy, aim for the second cone, swim to land, run onto the sand, round the cone and do a sand run to the starting point. Do 2-4 times.
