ACME Ocean Speed Circuit
A triangle course of two cones on land and a buoy about 200-250 yards off shore. Swim from a one cone out to the buoy, head into land, aim for the second cone, run onto the sand, round the cone and do a sand run to the starting point. Do 3-4 times.
