Weds. Am SM Ocean Park Swim+Run
INTERMEDIATES AND ADVANCED ONLY!!! Every Wednesday (if the weather/water quality is good) at 6:30 AM we will be doing an ocean swim followed by a run. The swim will be anything from quarter mile repeats to 1 mile+. The run is 4 miles at YOUR pace!
BE PROMPT! Where Ocean Park meets the Ocean (Barnard Way) in Santa Monica. We'll meet at the restrooms near the hourly pay parking lot and head to the water from there. Parking is $1/hour
