Mt. Wilson Ride
Meet @ 6:15, ride@ 6:30. Ride anywhere from 1 to 17 miles up the mountain. This is all uphill, and is an excellent way to build strength. Beginners are welcome too ... you may only make it a couple miles the first time, but you'll get stronger fast!
