South Bay Bike and Run from Malaga Cove. Bike = 22 mile loop with downhills, flats, and hills, suitable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced. Options for 1-3 loops. Run afterwards is optional with an out/back or a 5.5 mile trail loop.
