Jamie & Ian of ACMEcoaching.com will kick things off with some pedal & shifting mechanics on the trainer then we all ride. Focus will be fit, Time Trial, and climbing.
This location is just north of LAX. We'll meet on W 92nd St. near Falmouth just off Westchester Pkwy nearest cross street is Pershing. There is plenty of free parking on W. 92nd St. The clinic cost is $15
