Ruke
This Ruke is an hour long run/hike/walk that heads up into trails above Will Roger's State Park. It's easy, chatty & fun. We keep heart rates low by hiking the steeps and walking for recovery, with some short run segments on the flats and downhills.
We meet at the corner of Sunset Blvd and Greentree in the Pacific Palisades.
