Both Olympic and Sprint distance races in Carpinteria, located 18 miles south of Santa Barbara. Early registration recommended space is limited to 800 entrants. This event actually allows transfers! USAT sanctioned
Ocean swim from a sheltered beach. The bike is on open roads through the foothills around the town. The run is fast.
