Swim Better #2
Swim Even Better # 2: This clinic will cover the basics of “Swim Better #1”, but will expand on more nuances of stroke technique, efficiency & economy, and training structure. The format allows for returning swimmers to go beyond skills learned in Swim#1
2.5 hours: Video feedback will be included, allowing for individual review of swim technique. Personal videos may be purchased in addition to clinic fees. Cost is $55 Site is at Pierce College - directions & info will be emailed prior to date.
