Swim Better # 1
In this swim clinic we'll be working in the pool on specific issues of economy and efficiency. This will allow for swimmers of all levels to be involved. Video feedback is used, allowing for individual review of swim technique. Personal videos cost extra.
This swim clinic will take place at Pierce College in the Valley(25mins north of SM) - directions and clinic info wiil be forwarded to you several days prior to the clinic. Clinic time is approx. 2.5 hours
