TRÜYOGA and SPA is an urban oasis in the beautiful city of Santa Monica. Conveniently located in the Yahoo Center, TRÜYOGA is one of the area’s first “green” yoga studios. TRÜYOGA’s approach to yoga instruction was designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of students, including beginner and advanced yoga practitioners, office professionals, casual and competitive athletes, local residents, and moms and kids. Our classes help students lose weight, get in shape, and physically and mentally rejuvenate; classes are taught at levels I, II and III, and employ techniques which help create strength, mental focus, and positive body awareness.
