Tower 26 Beach workout

**TIME: 6:00 am sharp.***

We meet on the sand at 6 am for our prompt beach start. With wetsuits at your waist, we head out for a very brief warm-up jog, then hit the water for a warm-up swim, followed by designed circuit swims.

This is not an absolute beginner workout. You must be able to swim 1,000 YARDS without stopping; approximately 2:45/100 yard speed; about 45 min mile speed or faster; 25 minute for short Malibu tri; 1-hour for a 70.3 swim; or under 2 hours for an Ironman swim. Wetsuits strongly recommended.

You will be asked to sign a waiver. Everyone participates at their own risk.
